The challenges have been many but the mission has always been the same. To provide our community with an effective recycling program that diverts recyclable wastes from our landfills, to educate Base occupants,  while ensuring that our community reap the rewards for it’s efforts. As the mission continues, I am proud to say that Camp Pendleton’s recycling program not only stands tall in California but it is considered to be one of the best in the Department of Defense.
